We do not collect any information from you beyond what is necessary to provide excellent tutoring services to you. Your information will not be sold or otherwise shared with any third party.
Better Report Card Tutors does not guarantee a better report card or improved grades for any client. There are many factors that affect a child’s final grade, including effort and attitude on the part of the student, time allotted to study, and the grading system of the child’s teacher. Tutoring help is just one factor affecting the child’s grades.
Better Report Card Tutors does offer a satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you are not satisfied with your child’s tutor, you will not be charged for that session and a new tutor will be found for your child. We take the success of your child very seriously, and the director will consult with you over the phone (after the initial in-home consultation) if at any time you are concerned that your child is not making the kind of progress you expect in the subject matter designated for tutoring.
