• Offering an SAT and ACT preparation program that teaches students how to prepare for and take these important exams.
• Providing extraordinary customer service in the form of a complimentary in-home consultation, a caring and kind attitude toward all children and parents, and timely returned phone calls and scheduled consultations.

About Our Tutors:

• Better Report Card Tutors are professional and dedicated, with two or more years teaching and/or tutoring experience.
• We conduct an extensive interview and require state teaching credentials and/or tutoring experience.
• If the tutor is not a credentialed school teacher, we conduct a background check.
• We check all references and verify employment.
• Many of our tutors are actively teaching in a school system or are substitute teachers.

About the Director:

My name is Jeff Bibler and I founded Better Report Card Tutors the summer of 2007 after spending eight years as a teacher in public and private schools in Oregon and San Diego County. My goal was to provide the very best in-home tutoring service in the county that would not only help children master the subject matter, but also help them develop important study and organizational skills – the building blocks of a solid education. Today I am connecting children (and adults) with committed and caring in-home tutors. I personally interview every tutor and I choose them based on their teaching and/or tutoring experience, subject matter knowledge, and their ability to help children master the subject matter and develop good study and organizational skills. Most importantly, I choose them for their character and their ability to make a personal connection with children.

It is my pledge to you that you will be completely satisfied with your child’s tutor or the first session will be free. I will then match your child with another tutor and will work tirelessly to ensure your complete satisfaction. We share the same goal: to help your child succeed in school and build the skills he or she needs to be successful in school and beyond.
